For this project we are demolishing the existing concrete ramp and staircase. In its place, we are pouring a concrete core wall with an incorporated planter that will be clad with precast and recessed lighting. The new ramp will be poured over an existing reinforced slab over basement areas. Once that is complete we will perform minor drainage and sidewalk replacement. Upon completion all the concrete traffic barriers and appurtenances will be removed. Our main challenge with this work is logisitcal due to the high volume of people working and visiting the Center on a constant basis.
