This project has kept us on our toes – renovating a 120-year-old factory has presented many obstacles to underground construction and has required numerous design changes to complete systems. We have been responsive to the changes in design plans and have adjusted accommodate them and keep the construction project on schedule and moving along.
Our work is progressing with interior construction on a heavy push. With the winter dwindling down, the exterior utility work is getting geared up for the coordination of thousands of feet of storm, sanitary, water, fire, gas, electrical and communications pipes and duct banks to be installed throughout the site. This work will occupy the next 4 – 6 months of construction. We’re excited to take on this stage of the work – and looking forward to the warmer weather – stay tuned!
