ELI TERRY MIDDLE SCHOOL

This project included the building of a new 67,000 sf K-5 elementary school. Our role included running new and upgraded utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, electrical) to the new building. This was a fast-track project and much work needed to be compressed into a short time frame in order to get the kids out of the old school located on the same site and into the new one during the course of a single academic year.

Safety protocols were a main priority during construction due to the proximity of the school that was in operation throughout construction. We helped to establish new entrances, pick-ups and drop-offs at the older school and maintain the fire-suppression system while excavating for the new utilities.

Once the new school was up and operational, we transformed the old parking lots into new athletic fields and additional parking for the new school.
