This was an 18 month renovation/addition project to the high school that also included a complete concrete and site package. The highlight site feature was the newly designed circular drop-off at the entrance. The key to the success of this project was coordination as there were a lot of moving parts – we made sure to keep all the components moving forward by implementing a great amount of oversight and orchestration between the trades. It was critical that everything lined up with the architect’s design and making sure the vision was carried out in the field.

We coordinated 1-2 meetings a week to ensure that all components moved along on schedule and met the strict design requirements. As the school was open during a majority of the work, we assisted with creating alternate entrances and signage for directions.

The end result is a completely renovated, modern school designed for 21st century learning, and a site that has been built to accommodate and enhance visitor interactions with it for years to come.
