This project has us leading a major drainage infrastructure upgrade along McKinley Drive to address persistent local flooding and improve long-term stormwater capacity within the neighborhood.

The project includes upsizing existing drainage systems and installing new 54-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), supported by two large concrete junction chambers designed to enhance flow efficiency and system reliability. These substantial underground improvements are paired with full reconstruction of curbs, sidewalks, and roadway surfaces to restore the corridor upon completion.

Construction is taking place within an active residential city street, requiring deep trench excavation and carefully coordinated traffic management to minimize disruption to homeowners. Phasing, access planning, and communication are central to maintaining neighborhood functionality throughout the project.

Safety remains a top priority. Barriers, barricades, and protective fencing are in place to safeguard both the public and construction crews while work progress. Scheduled for completion in April 2026, the McKinley Drive Drainage Improvements project demonstrates Colossale’s expertise in delivering complex underground infrastructure upgrades while restoring and strengthening the communities they serve.
