Working for Construction Manager NDC Corp, we are leading a full-scale site renovation for a The Shaller Honda dealership showroom and service garage, including utility upgrades, ground improvements, and new hardscapes such as colored concrete, vehicle unit pavers, and bituminous parking lots. These enhancements will improve both the structural integrity and visual appeal of the facility while supporting its long-term functionality.
A key challenge is executing the work while the dealership remains fully operational. This requires strategic scheduling, careful material handling, and precision equipment use to minimize disruptions. Additionally, the project involves helical pile installation and soil stabilization, ensuring a strong foundation for the site’s future.
To maintain a safe and efficient work environment, we are segregating materials for proper disposal and utilizing specialized equipment to avoid interfering with daily business operations. Through careful planning and execution, the project is set to enhance the dealership’s infrastructure while ensuring seamless customer access. We are expecting to finish this project in December 2025.
